Here’s a first look at the various beautiful formats and bonus items for Pictureplane’s amazing Anticon debut, Technomancer, out next Friday, October 30.
First and foremost, the gorgeous vinyl in two-tone black and translucent green, available alone or as a Bonus Edition with extras exclusively from the Anticon webshop. The super-limited Bonus Edition vinyl option comes bundled with both the Chaos Star and Negative Slave symbol lapel pins, plus a copy of the Technomancer Manifesto Newsprint Poster. The pins are also available for purchase together or individually in our webshop, while supplies last.
A special gift for all the early birds: those who’ve already preordered Technomancer on vinyl (prior to today’s bundle announcement!) will be receiving both pins and the newsprint, free of charge. CD and cassette versions of the record also look mighty fine, and are also available for preorder now.
Unfortunately, we recently received the news that vinyl copies of the LP will be delayed for a few weeks (see product page for more info). Customers purchasing the vinyl will be sent a download code upon October 30 release date.

We’re happy to announce D33J’s Gravel Remixed EP is now available worldwide on vinyl & digital formats, featuring four vastly different takes on the songs that comprised Djavan Santos’ late-2013 Gravel EP. Included on the record are reinterpretations from P. Morris (Team Bear Club), The Cyclist (Leaving Records), Purple (Wedidit) & Low Limit (Icee Hot); each bringing their unique A-game to the table.
If the original floated in a haunted and confined space, Gravel Remixed inhales oxygen from outside of the house, wrapped in the smoke and darkness of the club. In the words of Bleep.com, “D33J made a point of appointing friends to remix his music and the results are testament to a cluster of artists who all understand one another’s vision,“ and we'd have to agree.
New Anticon signing Pictureplane put together a mix for i-D Magazine; now streaming over on their Soundcloud. Titled “Music To… Do Techno Terrorism,” the relentless 45-minute mix features tracks from Demdike Stare, Silent Servant, ILoveMakonnen & Death Grips, to name a few. There’s also a companion Q&A they’ve published (en español) alongside the mix, check it out here.
